呼吸系统肿瘤血清铜蓝蛋白氧化酶活力的变化

摘　　要：用O-Dianisidin作基质检测了68名呼吸系统疾病患者血清铜蓝蛋白氧化酶(sCP)活力,并与健康人作对照,结果表明:呼吸系统疾病患者的sCP活力水平均高于健康人(P<0.01);而肺癌、支气管癌患者sCP水平则明显高于慢性支气管炎、肺结核患者(P<0.01);但肺癌与支气管癌患者间sCP水平无显著性差异。The serum ceruloplasmin oxidase(sCP) activity of 68 patients suffering from respiratory disease has been determined by the substract of O-Dianisidin,and compared with that of normal individuals. The results showed that the sCP activity of patients suffering from four types of respiratory disease increased obviously than that of normal individuals (P<0. 01),sCP levels of patients suffering from pneumonocarcinoma and bronchogenic carcinoma increased obviously than that of chronic bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis (P < 0. 01 ); however, sCP levels showed no significant difference between pneumonocarcinoma and bronchogenic carcinoma.
