离心铸铁管水基涂料的研究

摘　　要：选用硅藻土和铝钒土为耐火骨料,硅溶胶为粘结剂,通过正交试验确定了离心铸铁管涂料的最佳配比。经测试和生产验证,其性能良好,能很好地适应生产要求。The optimum mixing ratio of a water-based coating for diatomite and alumina powder is established through orthogonal experiments,in which silica sol and alumina powder are used as the refractory and blinder for centrifugal cast iron tube .It is proved from testing and production that the newly developed coating functions are good in property, and meet requirements satisfactorily in production.
