肝脏良性肿瘤15例声像图分析

摘　　要：本文报道15例经病理证实的肝脏良性实质性肿瘤,其声像图特征包括;(1)边界清晰;(2)外形不规则;(3)内回声不均质;(4)周围血管无浸润及栓塞症像.本组B型超声术前确诊10例,定位错误2例,定性错误3例.文中认为正确识别声像图上的特征有利于肝肿瘤的鉴别诊断.The paper discribes the ultrasonographytic characteristics of fifteen cases of benign hepatocellular tumor of pathologic confirming,these characters are: (l)the boundary is well delineated; (2)the shape is irregular ;(3)the internal echo is no homogenous; (4)the surrounding vessels have no infiltration or embolism. Among them,the correct diagnosis of pre-operation with B-mode is of ten cases,the misdiagnosis of location has two cases, the misdiagnosis of nature having three cases. Grasping the characteristics of the echography is helpful to the distinguishing of hepatoceilular tumor.
