摘  要:目的:探讨脑梗死超负荷血糖与细胞间粘附分子-1(1CAM-1)的变化及其相关性。方法:脑梗死患者87例,根据血糖水平分为正常血糖组、应激性高血糖组和糖尿病组,分别于病程24小时、1周、2周与3周检测血清sICAM-1。结果:各组sICAM-1于24小时均有明显增高,1周时达高峰,后渐下降;应激性高血糖组、糖尿病组增高幅度更高;糖尿病组增高幅度最大、最持久。结论:超负荷血糖明显影响ICAM-1在脑梗死病理发生机制中的作用,控制脑梗死患者血糖及炎性反应为脑血管病的防治开辟新的途径。Objective: To study the correlation between hyperglycemia after cerebral infarction and the changes of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) . Methods: 87 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into three groups, namely, normal blood sugar group, stress hyperglycemia group and diabetes group. The levels of serum sICAM-1 were measured 24 hour, one week, two week and three week after the onset of cerebral infarction. Results; The levels of serum sICAM-1 in all groups increased at 24-hour, peaked at one-week and then gradually decreased. The increases in stress hyperglycemia group and especially in diabetes group were higher and more lasting in diabetes group. Conclusions: Hyperglycemia may influence the roles of ICAM-1 in the pathologic mechanism of cerebral infarction. Managing the blood sugar and inflammation reactions in patients suffered from cerebral infarction may provide new avenues of prevention and cure.
