摘　　要：目的 :评价鸦胆子油乳注射液结合放射治疗 (放疗 )治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 :中晚期食管癌患者 60例随机分为两组 ,治疗组予放疗 ,1 0 %鸦胆子油乳注射液 30 ml+生理盐水 2 5 0 ml,静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,2 1天为 1个疗程 ;对照组单纯放射治疗。结果 :鸦胆子油乳注射液结合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌总有效率 (完全缓解 +部分缓解 ) 83.3% ,优于对照组的 70 .0 % ,P<0 .0 5。结论Objective: To investigate the curative effect and toxicity of emulsion of seminal oil of Brucea Javanica integrated with radiotherapy on advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods:60 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated by conventional external radiotherapy integrated with emulsion of seminal oil of bruceajavanica(10%, 30ml, 1 time a day), while those in control group by conventional external radiotherapy only. Both were treated for 1 curative period of 21 days. Results: The total effective rate(including completely relieve rate plus partly relieve rate) in the treatment group (83.3%) was significantly better than that in the control group(70.0%)( P <0.05). Conclusion:Treating with emulsion of seminal oil of Brucea Javanica integrated of radiotherapy has a obviously improving curative effect and decreasing toxicity on advanced carcinoma.
