摘　　要：当前高校正在进行校内管理体制改革,纪检监察部门的编制及人员也做了相应的调整,文章对如何在新形势下抓好党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争各项任务的落实等问题进行了探讨,并提出了必须强化“四种意识”,继续开创监察工作新局面,努力做好纪检监察工作。In this paper the author presents the proposal of strengthening four kinds of consciousness, which are essential for a better job in discipline inspection and supervision, in order to promote the building of a clean government and improve the party style continuously in view of ongoing structural reform of management system. And the size of commission has also been adjusted accordingly in institutions of higher learning.
