摘  要:改革开放以来 ,在市场经济体制下出现了新型的医患关系 ,医疗卫生服务进入了市场化。国家医疗保障政策和方法在不断改进 ,合作医疗、公费医疗、大病统筹 ,基本医疗保险 ,商业性医疗保险发生了一系列变革 ,与此相适应医院也逐渐划分营利性医院和非营利性医院。同时患者对医疗服务的需求也发生着变化。在这种新形势下 ,营利性医院的经营应有其自身经营策略。Since reform and opening-up , the new-type relationship between doctors and patients has appeared under the market economic system, and the health care service has entered marketization. National medical treatment ensuring policy and method are updating, a series of change has taken place in cooperative medical service , socialized medicine , comprehensive arrangement for serious disease, basic medical insurance, the commercial medical insurance, and the hospital in conformity has been divided into for-profit hospital and non-for-profit hospital gradually too. At the same time patient's demand for medical care is changing too. Under such new situation, the management of for-profit hospitals should have their management tactics.
