摘　　要：要提高国民素质 ,就应从儿童抓起 开发家庭实验室 ,使学生利用零碎和空闲时间 ,在教师的指导下进行一些科技实验 ,可以培养学生的科学精神 ,培养学生动手动脑的能力 。To improve the citizens' accomplishment, we must begin with children .To improve the students' science and technology accomplishment, the authors of the article put forward the plan of exploiting household laboratory .The plan is that with their teachers' guide and help the students make use of odd and spare time to carry out some scientific experiment , by which the students can cultivate their scientific spirit and their ability to handle and think. This article has also introduced how to manage the household laboratory well and what to do in experiments.
