摘 要:本文通过流型观察与用Coriolis质量流量计测量油水混合物真实密度相结合的的方法对水平放置的Coriolis质量流量计中油水两相流中的持水率及相间的滑脱特性进行了实验研究,结果发现在含水率0.1~0.9、流速1.2~4 2m/s范围内,滑脱特性与管线中油水两相流的流型有很大的关系,油水相间既有正的滑脱,也存在负的滑脱。随着混合流量的增大,Coriolis质量流量计内,油水正负滑脱的转变点向持水率变小的方向移动。Water holdup and slippage characteristics were experiment ally studied in horizontal Coriolis mass flowmeter for oil-water two -phase flow by combining flow pattern observation with the method measuring real density of the mixture by using Coriolis mass flowmeter. Measurements were made for volumetric flow rate varying from 1.2 to 4.2 m3/h and input water cut from 0.1 to 0.9. Over this range of conditions, the results showed that slippage characteristics were strongly dependent on the flow pattern. Furthermore, for oil -water two-phase flow in horizontal Coriolis mass flowmeter, both positive and negative slip could be expected. The results also indicated that with the volumetric flow rate of the mixture increasing, the critical value of water holdup between positive and negative slip would be smaller and smaller.
