摘　　要：介绍了公路不停车收费系统的构成 :以Windows 2 0 0 0AdvancedServer的计算机为服务器 ;以Windows 2 0 0 0Professional的计算机为客户端 ;以MicrosoftSQLServer 2 0 0 0企业版作为开发数据库平台 ;以Delphi6作为前端开发工具。构建了网络开发环境 ,可完成不停车收费、在逃车辆追踪、交通流监控和报表打印等基本功能 。The Windows 2000 Advanced Server was used as the server for ETC system,the Windows 2000 professional for client terminal, the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for database flat and the Delphi 6 for developing tool. The design accomplished the basic functions, such as toll collection system without vehicle's stopping, parking management, tracing escaping automobile, monitoring and controlling the traffic flow and printing the report forms.It increased the efficiency of transportation and raised level of management.
