急性脑出血患者血清IL-6和TGF-β1含量变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨白介素 6 (IL 6 )和转化生长因子β1(TGF β1)在脑出血的发病过程中所起的作用、临床意义及二者的关系。方法　采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对 30例急性脑出血患者在起病后第 1、3、7、14天连续检测IL 6、TGF β1浓度。 结果　脑出血组在病程第 1、3、7天三个时间点的血清IL 6水平明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TGF β1水平明显减低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,至第 14天血清IL 6水平、TGF β1水平则均接近正常水平 ;血清IL 6水平在病程第 1天达到峰值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TGF β1在病程第 3天为低谷值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脑出血患者血清IL 6水平与出血量大小呈正相关 (r=0 .74 3,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TGF β1水平与出血量大小无关 (r =0 .12 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;神经功能缺损程度与血清IL 6水平呈正相关 (r =0 .6 2 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与TGF β1水平无关 (r =0 .2 0 4 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;IL 6水平与TGF β1水平无明显相关性 (r =0 .2 89,P >0 .0 5 )。结论　IL 6、TGF β1与脑出血的病理生理过程密切相关。ILObjective To investigate the function and clinical significance of Tnterleukin 6(IL 6) and transforming growth factor β1(TGF β1) in the patients with acute cerebral homorrhage. Methods Serum levels of IL 6 and TGF β1 were serially measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in 30 patients with acute cerebral homorhage. Results On day 1, day 3 and day 7 the levels of IL 6 in patient groups were significantly higher than that in the controls, but the level of TGF β1 was significantly decreased. Then IL 6 and TGF β1 levels returned toward the control value on day 14. In the patient groups, the IL 6 levels got the peak at day 1. TGF β1 was at the nadir on day 3 ( P < 0.05 ). The IL 6 levels in patient groups were positively correlated with hemorrhage valumes ( P < 0.05 ). While the levels of TGF β1 was no correlated. The degre of defect in neurologic function was positively correlated with the IL 6 level while the level of TGF β1 was no correlated. The IL 6 level was no correlated with the TGF β1.Conclusions IL 6 and TGF β1 play an important role in the pathophysiology of cerebral hemorrhage and IL 6 may be of value in predicting the severity of the dieases.
