摘 要:目的 动态观察巴曲酶对大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注局灶血管表面P 选择素表达变化的影响。方法 以ABC法显示使用巴曲酶后局灶血管表面P 选择素的阳性表达情况。结果 使用巴曲酶可以使缺血 /再灌注脑组织血管表面第 2 4h和第 4d时P 选择素的表达明显降低。结论 巴曲酶可以降低血管表面P 选择素的表达 ,对缺血脑细胞有保护作用。Objective To dynamically observe the expression of P selectin on vessel walls in the ischemia/reperfusion rat model and the influence of batroxobin on it.Methods The P seletin expression on vessel walls and the influence of batroxobin in the focal ischemic cerebral tissues was measured at 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 7 days, and 14 days after the reperfusion respectively by immunohistochemical method.Results P selectin expression on vessel walls got the first apparent upregulation one to three hours after the reperfusion and the second one 4 days after the reperfusion.Batroxobin may decrease the expression at the first ( P < 0.001 ) and fourth day ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions There are two phases of upregulation of the expression of P selectin on vessel walls in the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion focus.As an adhesion molecule, P selectin plays an important role in the ischemia/reperfusion progress.Batroxobin may decrease the expression of P selection on vessel walls and show its protective effects on endothelial cells.
