摘　　要：以系统分析方法,在总结我国目前出现的五种高校后勤社会化模式的基础上,分析我国高校后勤公司发展中自身存在的问题,以及环境制约因素,提出进一步改革的方案框架。Based on the five reform models of socialization of logistics of higher educational institutions existent in China,and by means of a systematic analysis,the problems of logistic companies of higher educational institutions and the conditional factors restricting its development are analyzed.An outline for further reform is given.
