摘　　要：普通话水平测试工作蓬勃开展,对普通话水平测试员的思想和业务能力提出了较高的要求.为了充分体现普通话水平测试(PSC)工作的公平、公正原则,使PSC工作继续运行在规范化、标准化和科学化的轨道中,必须注重测试员的思想素质和业务能力的培养提高.The work of Putonghua test is thriving, which poses higher request for examiners' skills. In order to show the principle of justice and equality in Standard Chinese Proficiency Test, and make it continue to go in a normal, standard and scientific way, we should focus on developing and improving examiners' professional skills and abilities.
