摘 要:本文为内蒙古白绒山羊氨基酸利用和蛋白质周转规律研究项目的基础部分,主要是为进一步研究小肠可吸收氨基酸模式对绒山羊小肠氨基酸的消化、组织吸收和利用及确立绒山羊小肠理想氨基酸模式提供基础数据。试验1对体重25~30kg的2周岁内蒙古白绒山羊半同胞羯羊的肌肉、绒毛纤维和微生物蛋白的氨基酸组成进行了分析和评价。研究发现山羊绒和山羊毛纤维中各种氨基酸的组成和肌肉组织明显不同。绒毛纤维的生长需要更多的含硫氨基酸,而肌肉生长需要较多的赖氨酸和组氨酸。山羊绒和粗毛在氨基酸的需要上也存在着一定的差异。瘤胃微生物蛋白的氨基酸组成不平衡。为此根据绒山羊的生产特点,按不同比例对肌肉与羊绒的氨基酸模式进行加权,获得4种小肠可吸收氨基酸目标模式,分别为M(肌肉、M90+C绒毛10、M80+C20和M70+C30,以期在肌肉和绒毛两种模式之间寻求出一种保持绒毛纤维生产和肌肉生长平衡的相对理想的氨基酸模式。试验2选用12只体况良好、体重25~30kg,的2周岁内蒙古白绒山羊半同胞羯羊,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端瘘管和回肠末端瘘管进行试验。测定了基础日粮条件下绒山羊消化道不同部位氨基酸流通量与消化率。结果表明,在基础日粮条件下,氨基酸的平均消化率为76%左右,含硫氨基酸Met十Cys的十二指肠流?This paper is the basal part of that study on utilization of amino acids and protein trunover in Inner Mongolian white cashmere(IMWC)goats,which provided the necessary basal data for next step study on effect of absorbable amino acid pattern in the small intestine on digestion,absorption and utilization of amino acids,and establishment of the idela absorbable amino acid pattern in small intestine of IMWC goats.In Exp.1 Eight wethers of IMWC goats(25~30kg) with the same father were used to analyze and evaluate the profile of amino acids in the muscle,cashmere and hair,ruminal microbe protein.The results showed the amino acids profiles were different among muscle,cashmere and hair,and ruminal microbe protein.The amino acids in ruminal microbe protein were imbalance for meat and cashmere producing.So four target amino acid patterns were established accroding weight of the amino acid patterns between muscle and cashmere,which were MUSCLE(M),M90+Cashmere (C)10,M80+C20 and M70+C30,so as to find an ideal absorbable amino acid pattern in the small intestine for cashmere producing.Exp.2 Twelve wethers of IMWC goats(25~30kg) with the same father,fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen,at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum were used to investigate amino acid flow and digestibility in different sites of the digestive tract of IMWC goats fed the basal diet.The results showed the average digestibility of amino acids in the small intestine was 76%.The flow of SAA(Met,Cys)into the duodenum was 20mmol/d,but the digestibility of Met was 60%,significantly lower than the other amino acids(P<0.01),which indicated the imbalance of absorbable amino acids in the small intestine resulted in deficiency of His and Arg for the basal diet.
