摘　　要：系统综述了紫苏籽油的成分与生理功能,研究结果显示,紫苏籽油富含α 亚麻酸,具有降血脂、预防脑血栓和心肌梗塞,促进神经系统、脑和视网膜的发育,提高脑功能和学习记忆,预防老年痴呆症、过敏症和抗肿瘤等生理功能。The component and physidogical functions of perrilla frutescens seed oil are comprehensively summarized. Experiments show that perrilla frutescens seed oil bountifully consisting of α-linolenic acid has physiological functions to decrease blood fat, to prevent brain thrombus and myocardial infarction, to promote the development of nervous system, brain and retina, to enhance brain function and memory capacity, to prevent dementia of the aged, allergy, anti_tumor and so on.
