论新形势下信息工作的发展思路

摘　　要：我国信息工作目前存在着知识经济发展滞后、基础薄弱、准备不充分以及囿于旧的服务方式、立法相对滞后等问题。在新形势下,信息工作的发展首先要转变观念,其次要加快信息市场的培养和建立,同时要加快与世界信息市场接轨的步伐,建立健全信息工作的立法。There are problems in information profession in our country,such as backward development of knowledge economy,poor foundation,ill-preparation,out-dated service style and lagged legislation.Therefore,development of information profession should be realized under the following principle:1.Change the old ideas.2.Accelerate the cultivation and establishment of the information market.3.Open the internal information market to the world.4.Speed up legislation for information profession.
