摘  要:分析了一般多步法的频域解和时域解,探讨了多步法的本质.指出圆度误差和主轴回转误差的多步法误差分离系统本质上是一个总传递函数为G(k)=Gh(k)+Gδ(k)的并联系统,其分离所得的工件圆度误差中都存在着谐波损失,且该损失被残留在分离所得的装备主轴回转误差中.介绍了一种并联多步法的误差分离方法,它具有步数和谐波失真都较少的优点.Analysis and comparison were made for multi-step method in frequency domain and time domain respectively, and essential of the multi-step method was discussed. It is pointed out that the multi-step measurement-separation system toward the separation between roundness error and spindle error is basically a parallel one with the general transfer function G(k)=G(k)h+Gδ(k). Harmonic loss is unavoidable in the derived roundness error while the said harmonic loss is remained in the separated spindle error. A parallel multi-step error separation method was positively suggested for its less measurement step and harmonic loss.
