摘 要:甲烷在Co Mo/MCM 2 2催化剂上进行无氧脱氢芳构化反应的评价结果表明 ,Co的添加大大提高了Mo/MCM 2 2催化剂的催化活性和稳定性 .采用程序升温表面加氢反应、程序升温表面二氧化碳反应和热重分析等方法对催化剂表面的积碳物种进行了表征 .结果表明 ,反应后的催化剂表面主要存在两种积碳物种 ,H2 主要与高温峰对应的积碳发生反应 ,而CO2 对高温峰对应的积碳和低温峰对应的积碳都产生影响 .Methane dehydro-aromatization (MDA) under non-oxidative conditions was carried out over the Mo/MCM-22 catalyst modified by Co additive, and the results suggested that the addition of Co dramatically improved the activity and stability of Mo/MCM-22. Moreover, the chemical nature and physical properties of the carbon deposit formed on Mo/MCM-22 and Co-Mo/MCM-22 catalysts were studied by temperature-programmed reaction with hydrogen (TPH) and temperature-programmed reaction with CO 2 (TPCO 2) combining with thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that there were two kinds of carbon deposit formed on the surface of the catalysts during MDA. TPH experiment only had effect on the carbon deposit burnt-off at high temperature. However, TPCO 2 experiment could result in diminishing of the carbon deposit burnt-off at both low temperature and high temperature. The formation of the two kinds of carbon deposit was distinctly suppressed on the Co-modified Mo/MCM-22 catalyst, which directly led to the obvious increase of the stability of the Mo/MCM-22 catalyst in MDA.
