摘　　要：　基于CIMS功能与企业系统行为的耦合关系,从优化企业系统行为的研究角度出发,简要地介绍了电子商务的发展现状,并对CIMS与电子商务技术之间的整合问题做出探讨.In the background of knowledge economy and economic globalization and in order to strengthen self ability of existence and development, many enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises begin to emphasize on CIMS. But because of the objective reasons and reasons of its own, the problem of CIMS efficiency arise. Based on the coupling relationship between CIMS function and enterprise systematic behavior and from the research view-angle of optimizing enterprise systematic behavior, this article briefly introduces the present situation of EB and discusses the thesis of integration of CIMS and EB in order to provide some revelations to improve CIMS efficiency.
