杨木单板层积木胶合工艺参数的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了以苯酚-间苯二酚甲醛树脂胶制备杨木单板层积木的胶合工艺参数.根据正交试验结果,提出了最优胶合条件:涂胶量200g/m^2;常温加压固化的压力1.27MPa;时间5h.This paper deals with the technology of producing poplar laminated veneer lumber (LVL) when phenol-resorcin-formaldehyde resin is used as an adhesive.Based on the results of orthogonal tests,the optimum conditions are proposed as follows,glue level 200 g/m2,the time of glue setting at room temperature is 5h,with a pressure of 1.27Mpa.
