杨木单板层积木一步和二步压制方法的比较

摘　　要：本文研究了两种制造单板层积木(LVL)的方法:一步压制法,将12张单板一次热压或冷压成厚板;二步压制法,先用热固胶将4张单板热压成薄板,然后将3块薄板用冷固胶冷压成12层厚板.结果证明,二步压制的LVL质量较好,特别是厚度方向的力学性能的均匀性好.This paper deals with one-step or two-step pressing method for making laminated poplar veneer lumber,12 plies are pressed once in hot or cold press when one-step pressing method is used.With the two-step pressing method,at first,four-ply thin LVL is produced in hot press when urea-formaldehyde resin is applied,and then,3 pieces of the thin LVL are glued together by phenol-resorcin-formaldehyde resin in cold press.Results show that the qualities of LVL made by two-step pressing method are better than those by one-step.Specially,rather uniform mechanical properties across thickness are found in the LVL made by two-step pressing method.
