摘　　要：利用材料受热膨胀的原理,设计了一种能给出精确、连续、微量角位移的装置,利用此装置,可以精确检测转台的伺服精度。Utilizing the principle that heated material inflates, the apparatus that can provide accurate and continuous mini-displacement is designed. Servo-accuracy of turntable can be tested accurately by the apparatus.
