摘 要:为从宏观方面对等张力量训练的合理方案进行研究,设计了5种力量训练方案,特别是安排有不同比重的单纯大强度肌肉离心收缩训练。研究结果表明:快速离心混合练法效果最全面(包括肌肉体积变化、等张力量、爆发力等方面),比传统等张力量训练和单纯等张离心力量训练更合理;建议在体疗康复、运动训练,尤其是对抗性力量项目中加以推广应用;提出了关于肌肉离心与向心收缩力量比值问题的研究价值。In order to determine a rational protocol for isotonic training from macroscopic angle,five training protocols were designed,particularly prococols composed of exclusive eccentric constraction in high intensity and in different proportions.The result of the study indicated that mixed fast eccentric train- ing,being more rational than traditional isotonic training and simple isotonic eccentric training,had the most all-round effects(including change of muscle size,isotonic strength and power).The Mixed fast ec- centric training may be widely used in rehabilitation and sports training,specially in sports events with weight resistance.The significance of determining the ratio of eccentric contraction to concentric contrac- tion was suggested.
