摘  要:目的 研究SO2 对小鼠肾脏的氧化损伤作用。方法  16 0只小鼠随机分成 4组 ,每一组又分为对照组和染毒组 ,染毒组分别吸入不同浓度的SO2 (7,14 ,2 8,5 6mg/m3 ) ,每天 4h ,连续染毒 7d。染毒结束后立即进行还原性谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)酶活力、脂质过氧化物产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量的测定。结果 雄鼠吸入SO2 浓度为 7mg/m3 时 ,肾脏组织GSH含量显著增加 ,吸入SO2 浓度为 5 6mg/m3 时 ,GSH含量显著降低 ;雌鼠吸入SO2 浓度为 5 6mg/m3 时 ,GSH含量也显著降低。随着SO2 吸入浓度的增加 ,雌雄小鼠GSH Px酶活力显著降低 ,雄鼠变化大于雌鼠。吸入SO2 浓度为 7,14 ,2 8mg/m3 SO2 时 ,小鼠肾脏组织SOD酶活力没有明显变化 ,吸入SO2 浓度为5 6mg/m3 时 ,SOD酶活力显著降低。吸入SO2 浓度为 7,14 ,2 8mg/m3 时 ,小鼠肾脏组织MDA含量没有明显变化 ,吸入SO2 浓度为 5 6mg/m3 时 ,MDA含量显著升高。结论 肾脏可能是SO2 毒理作用的重要靶器官之一 ,脂质过氧化作用可能是SO2 肾脏毒性的机制之一。Objective To study the oxidative damage effect on kidney of mice induced by SO 2.Methods 160 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,each of which was further divided into two groups,the control group and the experiment group.The experiment groups inhaled different concentrations of SO 2(7,14,28,and 56 mg/m 3) respectively 4 h/d for 7 d.After inhalation,the contents of GSH,GSH-Px,SOD,and MDA were measured.Results In male mice,the content of GSH increased significantly in 7 mg/m 3 SO 2 group,but decreased significantly as the SO 2 concentration increased.In female mice,the content of GSH would not decrease significantly until the SO 2 concentration was increased to 56 mg/m 3.As the concentration of inhaled SO 2 increased,the activity of GSH-Px of both male and female mice decreased significantly,and the changes of male mice were more obvious than those of females.When the SO 2,inhaled was at 7,14,28 mg/m 3,the SOD changes were not obvious,however,the SOD decreased significantly as the inhaled SO 2 concentration was raised to 56 mg/m 3.The contents of MDA had no obvious changes when the inhaled SO 2 concentrations were at 7,14,and 28 mg/m 3 ;however,it was significantly elevated at 56 mg/m 3 SO 2.These studies demonstrated that the lipid peroxidation might play an important role in SO 2 toxicity in kidney of mice.Conclusions The lipid peroxidation might be one of the important mechanisms of SO 2 toxicity.Kidney is one of the important targets of SO 2 toxicity.
