摘　　要：以高效液相色谱电化学检测法测定血浆中高香草酸(HVA)的含量。血浆标本的前处理系采取有机溶媒两次提取法。该法最低检出量为0.22ng,HVA的回收率大于80％,适于研究和监测血浆HVA合量。A simple sensitive method was described.for the determination of homovanillic acid in human plasmausing HPLC with electroehemical detector. The amples were two-step extracted with organic solvent beforechromatography. The detection limit was 0.22 ng per injection and the recovery of HVA by this extra-ction procedure was more than 80%. The method described here is suitable for the study and routinemonitoring of plasma HVA.
