霰粒肿手术两种局麻注射法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 :探讨两种局麻注射法对霰粒肿手术的效果。方法 :应用一次性深层浸润法和常规法对霰粒肿手术前进行局部麻醉。结论 :312例常规法发现 2 1例皮下淤血 ,316例一次性深层浸润法发现 2例皮下淤血 ,两组之间具有统计学差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;一次性深层浸润法比常规法程序简明、有效和痛苦少。Objective:Comparing the effect of two kinds of local anesthetic injection in the operation of chalazion.Methods:Before surgery of chalazion,we performed the local anesthesia by deep infiltration injection or traditional method of injection.Results:In 312 patients with traditional injection,21 patients had subcutaneous blood clot.While,just 2 patients had subcutaneous blood clot in 316 patients with deep infiltration injection.Copmparing the two groups,the result had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep infiltration injection was simpler,more effective and less painful than traditional injection.
