摘 要:研制了一台微光像增强器亮度增益和等效背景照度测试仪,对测试仪的总体结构、光学系统、机械结构、信号处理模块和计算机软硬件等部分进行了设计,采用测试入射像增强器阴极面光通量和荧光屏输出光通量之比的方法实现了像增强器的亮度增益测试,合理的结构设计保证了一台仪器对两个参量的测试。利用研制的测试仪对多种型号的像增强器的亮度增益和等效背景照度进行了测试,并分析了测试结果。A luminance gain and equivalent background input (EBI) test set for LLL image intensifiers was developed. The general structure, optical parts, mechanical structure, signal processing module, computer hardware and software of test set were designed. The measurement of luminance gain of image intensifiers was achieved by measuring the ratio of luminous flux incident upon the photocathode of image intensifiers to that emitted from its screen. The skillful structure design ensures that the luminance gain and EBI can be conveniently measured by the same test set. The developed test set was used to measure the luminance gain and EBI of image intensifiers. The results were given and analyzed.
