高校扩招形势下的教学管理工作

摘　　要：高校扩招在给高校带来办学规模的同时,也不应忽视由此而引发的一系列诸如硬件设施、专业设置、师资队伍等新问题给高校的教学管理工作带来新的挑战。为此,高校应合理利用现有教学资源,深化课程体系的改革,着力加强和改进教学管理工作,保证正常的教学秩序。The university enrollment expansion, while bringing the scale of running a university, should not ignore a series of new problems such as facility of hardware, specialty setting up, teachers' team, etc., which bring the new challenge to teaching management of the university. For this reason, universities should utilize existing teaching resources rationally, deepen the reform of the system of courses, put forth effort to strengthen and improve the teaching management, guarantee the normal teaching order.
