摘 要:按企业创新的要素及相互作用的原理 ,创新管理理论大体上经历了传统创新管理理论、组合创新管理理论、全面创新管理理论三个阶段。全面创新管理的提出对企业管理带来深刻的影响 ,是创新管理理论在企业中应用的新范式 ,不仅要求企业能迅速地组织与整合内外部资源以更有效的方式进行创新 ,以满足市场和企业发展的要求 ,而且促使企业对创新的制度体系进行系统的安排 ,以保证全面创新管理的持续性和有效性。本文从制度的角度 ,分析全面创新管理的制度内涵 。According to the elements of firm's innovation and the principles of their mutual actions, the theory of innovation management may be developed roughly in three phases: the traditional theory of innovation management, the portfolio theory of innovation management and the theory of total innovation management. Total innovation management has been proposed bringing the profound effect to the business administration. The theory of total innovation management is a new paradigm's application in the firms of innovation management theory, it not only requires the business capacity swiftly to form inside and outside resources and innovates with more valid means in order to satisfy the development of the market and the firm, but also impels the firm to systemic plan for the innovative institutions to carry on total innovation management continuingly and validity. Based on institutional theory, the article analyses on the institutional connotation of total innovation management theory. With Haier Group as example, the endogenetic and exogenous institutions are proposed systemically for the theory of total innovation management.
