槐耳冲剂治疗中晚期原发性肝癌98例

摘　　要：探讨应用中药槐耳治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。观察槐耳菌丝体提取的清膏内服治疗的中晚期原发性肝癌患者 98例 ,观察治疗后的肿瘤大小、临床症状、甲胎蛋白、肝功能、生存率等改善情况。结果 :CR 0例、PR 2例、NC2 4例、PD72例。瘤体稳定率 (CR +PR +NC % )为 2 4 4 9%。AFP阳性病例中稳定合下降率为 37 97%。肝功能AST改善有效率为 4 5 6 5 %。Ⅱ期中 6月、1年、3年生存率分别为 94 74 %、73 6 8%、10 5 3% ,Ⅲ期 6月、1年、3年生存率分别为6 8 33%、16 6 7%、1 6 7%。提示槐耳冲剂治疗中晚期肝癌有一定疗效 ,对有乙型肝炎病史的肝癌人群可能更有临床价值。This article discussed the clinical efficacy of 'Huaier Granule' in the treatment of intermediate and late primary liver cancer. The extract of huaier was used to treat 98 subjects, and the tumor size, clinical symptoms, AFP, liver function and survival rate were observed. Results: CR was obtained in none case, PR in 2 cases, NC in 24 cases, PD in 72 cases; the stable rate of CR+PR+NC was 24.49%; positive AFP reduced by 37.97%; clinical symptoms improved greatly; the improvement rate for AST was 45.65%; the six-month, 1-year and 3-year survival rates in stage Ⅱ were 94.74%, 73.68% and 10.53%; the six-month, 1-year and 3-year survival rates in stage Ⅲ were 68.33%, 16.67% and 1.67%. It is revealed that 'Huaier Granule' has positive effects on intermediate and late liver cancer.
