摘 要:要使人才为企业发展目标服务,就要做到"用人不疑,疑人不用"。但在实践中,有时会发生这样的事情:充分信任的人,却在关键时候欺骗了自己,做出了损害企业利益的事情。对此,许多企业家赞同另一种用人(人指人才)观点:"用人要疑,疑人要用"。但用人不信人,这本身就是矛盾,它与调动人才积极性的目的相悖。To guarantee the personnel's service for the enterprises,it should be carried out that 'people in use shouldn't be doubted, and people who's doubted should not be used'.But sometimes in practice,some business runners are cheated by trusted personnel at the key moment with a result of damaging the interest of the enterprise.To prevent it other business runners hold the idea that 'people being used should be doubted, and people doubted should be used.'However, it is paradoxical to use personnel you don't trust and inconsistent with the goal to urge the enthusiasm of personnel.
