摘　　要：目的　探讨nm2 3和mdm2基因在小儿胚胎性恶性肿瘤的表达及其与分化及转移的关系 ,为此类肿瘤的预后判断提供依据。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术检测 5 0例小儿胚胎性恶性肿瘤的nm2 3和mdm2表达情况。结果　在 5 0例小儿胚胎性恶性肿瘤标本中 ,nm2 3的阳性表达率为 5 0 % ,mdm2的阳性表达率为 6 4 % ,显示nm2 3、mdm2阳性表达率与肿瘤分化及淋巴结转移均有相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　同时检测胚胎性恶性肿瘤中nm2 3和mdm2基因表达水平 ,对评价肿瘤生物学行为 ,预测肿瘤进展有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 and mdm2 genes and the differentiation and metastasis of embryonic malignant tumors in children.Methods The protein expressions of nm23 and mdm2 in 50 cases of embryonic tumor were detected by s-p immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates of nm23 and mdm2 were 50% and 64% respectively. The positive expression of nm23 was correlated to high degree of differentiation and low tendency of lymph node metastasis, while that of mdm2 was reversed the condition (P<0.05).Conclusions Determining the expression of nm23 and mdm2 simultaneously in embryonic malignant tumors is of certain value for evaluating their biological behavior and predicting the prognosis.
