摘  要:用微波消解 氢化物发生原子荧光法对面粉中砷、硒的测定方法进行了研究.选定了最佳微波消解条件和测定条件,检出限As:0.23ng/mL,Se:0.15ng/mL,线性范围As:0~50ng/mL,Se:0~20ng/mL,线性系数大于0.9993,回收率分别为砷94.3%~104.5%,硒89.6%~107.2%,RSD小于6%.该方法简便快速、灵敏准确.对市售小麦粉精粉和玉米面进行测定,结果满意.In this paper, a hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is used to determinate the trace quantity of As and Se in flour. The samples were digested by microwave.Under the optimum conditions, the quantities of the two elements were detected. The detection limits of As was 0.23 ng/mL and Se was 0.15ng/mL.The linear ranges were 0~50 ng/mL (As) and 0~20 ng/mL (Se). r>0.999 3.The recovery of As and Se was (94.3~)104.6% and 89.6%~107.2%,respectively (RSD<6%). The proposed method has been applied to analyze commercial flours with satisfactory results.
