关于WTO下高等教育发展的几点思考

摘　　要：我国加入WTO后,在教育服务方面做出了庄严的承诺。这将对我国教育产生深刻影响,促使我国教育更加开放地面向世界,更加主动地进行国际交流与合作,更加积极地参与国际竞争。但是,客观存在的各种不足,又使我国难以在短时间内全面兑现加入WTO的教育服务承诺。为此,我国的教育亟待进行改革。本文根据我国加入WTO做出的教育服务承诺及其带来的影响,做了一定的思考。After entering into the WTO,China has made serious promises in educational services.It will deeply influence on Chinese education,promote our education to face the world more openly, promote it to engage in international interchanges and cooperation more actively, promote it to engage in international competitions more actively.But all kinds of objective disadvantages make China difficult to completely keep the educational services promises when entering into WTO.So,our education must be reformed.According to the educational service promises when entering into the WTO,this article gives some thoughts.
