水溶剂中芳醛与巴比妥酸、硫代巴比妥酸的缩合反应

摘　　要：水溶剂中芳醛与巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸发生缩合,生成相应的芳亚甲基巴比妥酸或芳亚甲基硫代巴比妥酸,产率可达77%～99%.具有产率高、价廉、环境友好等优点.The condensation of aromatic aldehydes with acidic methylene compounds,such as barbituric acid,2-thiobarbituric acid,proceeded very efficiently in water,and the products were isolated simply by filtration.This method has the advantages of high yields,inexpensive medium and environmental friendliness.
