摘　　要：过去12年中,采用人工假体和异体关节置换的骨肿瘤37例,对早期恶性骨肿瘤的瘤段切除、活检术、诊断程序、异体关节移植等问题进行探讨,提出了笔者的认识和教训。Since 1981,37 patients with bone tumors have been treated with the replacement of prosthesis or half-articular graft of different body in our hospital. The early incision tumor part,diagnostic punch biopsy,diagnostic programme and half articular graft of different body are discussed in detail. The authors presents their recognition and lessons from differential diagnosis and treatment.
