摘　　要：邓小平是党的科教兴国战略思想的最大集成者,他的科教兴国战略思想不仅是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,而且是我国科教兴国发展战略的理论依据,因而具有丰富的内涵。Deng Xiaoping,as the generator of the reform in China,has proposed the idea of promoting the competence of China by science-technology.The theory is not only the key part in Deng Xiaoping Theory,but also is the resource to be exploited by other learners,since it has profound potentials.
