摘　　要：刑事诉讼中的证明责任是诉讼证明理论中的核心部分,本文认为我国的刑事诉讼证明责任应明确划分为举证责任和结果责任,以理清刑事诉讼过程中控辩双方的证明责任的分配及转移问题。The responsibility of testifying plays an important part in the lawsuit testifying procedure. The author holds the viewpoints that the responsibility of testifying should be divided into two parts: the responsibility of producing evidence and the responsibility of the results, and tries to analyze the assignment and transfer of the responsibility in the criminal lawsuit procedure.
