摘  要:目的 :对郑州市市区 1989年以来的大气污染物进行测试分析 ,在此基础上分析 1996~ 2 0 0 1年郑州市市区大气单因子污染指数 (Pi)与上呼吸道感染人数及构成比的相关性。方法 :用化学分析法测定大气各污染物 ,用单纯整群抽样法进行上呼吸道感染 (住院与就诊 )人数和疾病构成比的调查 ;用多元线性回归和多元逐步回归分析法分析Pi与上呼吸道感染人数及构成比的相关性。结果 :郑州市市区大气主要污染物及其污染大小顺序为 :TSP(总悬浮颗粒物 ) >NOX(氮氧化物 ) >SO2 (二氧化硫 ) ,FD (降尘 )的顺序不确定 ,为煤烟型污染 ,自 1989年以来污染逐年减轻 ;大气污染物中SO2 、NOX、TSP与上呼吸道感染呈显著性正相关关系 ,其中Pso2 被选入线性回归方程式中。结论 :郑州市大气污染自 1989年来逐年减轻 ;在郑州市大气污染物中SO2 是主要致病污染物 ,Pso2 与上呼吸道感染存在线性回归模型 ,TSP与NOX 可协同SO2 作用。Objective: The atmosphere pollutants in Zhengzhou city from 1989 to 2001 were determined and analyzed.To study the correlation beween air single factor pollution Pi and the infection of the upper respiratory tract in Zhengzhou city from 1996 to 2001.Methods: Using chemical analysable ways determine each pollutant substance in the air.Using the simple hole sample method investigates Y of the number or of the forming rate of the upper respiratory tract desease. Using pluralism linear regrssion and pluraism progressive regression analyse the relationship between Pi and Y.Results: The main pollutants were TSP,NO X,FD and SO 2.The sequence of pollutants was TSP>NO X>SO 2 by contributing to air pollution.The sequence of FD did not determined.The pollution mainly arose from burning coal and next from automobile and dust.The air pollution was reduced since 1989.The air pollutants SO 2?NO X?TSP and Y has closed relationship.Pso 2 and Y have the linear regression equation. Conclusion: The air pollution in Zhengzhou city was reduced since 1989.In air pollutant substance of Zhengzhou city,SO 2 is the main pathgenic factor.Pso 2 and Y contain linear regression equation,TSP and NO X has coordinated pathogenic action.
