摘　　要：患者女 ,2 3岁 ,以孤立皮肤结节并溃疡为首发表现 ,溃疡面大而深 ,局部淋巴结肿大、溃烂坏死 ,反复新发 ,难以愈合 ,且病情进展迅速 ,伴多系统侵袭 ,皮肤病理及免疫组化示淋巴瘤 ,T细胞来源 ,CD3 0 (Ki 1)阳性 ,分期属IV期。予放化疗联合治疗 ,无效死亡 ,总病程 9个月。本文重点讨论本病的诊断、病理免疫学分类及相关预后等。A rare highly malignant case of primary skin anaplastic large cell lymphoma,T-small cell type is reported.A 23-year-old female patient presented with a solitary nodule on her left thigh at onset. And then incurable ulcerative lesions occurred on the basis of the nodule and enlarged local lymph nodes. The course of disease was developed rapidly and several systems were involved.Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination showed T-cell lymphoma with CD30(Ki-1)positive in stage IV. The patient was treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but she died of the disease within nine months after the onset.
