乳腺癌术后康复干预对生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复干预对乳腺癌术后生存质量的影响。方法将76例乳腺癌根治患者随机分为康复组(n=40)和对照组(n=36)康复组于术后24 h开始康复干预;对照组行常规护理及随意自我锻炼。两组患者在术后第20天参考罗继、孙燕提供的癌症患者生存质量调查表加以修改制定进行问卷调查。结果康复组生存质量明显高于对照组,11项评价指标中有9项差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论早期康复干预可以促进乳腺癌术后患肢功能康复,提高生存质量。Objective To study the effect of early postoperative rehabilitation on quality of existence for patients with mammary cancer. Methods 76 patients undergoing operation of mammary cancer were randomly selected and divided into rehabilitation group (n=40) and control group from 24 hours after operation. The routine care and voluntary self- exercise were performed on patients in control group. Results The patients in both group was surveyed at twentieth day after operation according to revised questionnaire of survival quality of cancer patient provided by La ji and Sun yan. The quality of existence in rehabilitation group was obviously better than that in control group, 9 out of 11 evaluation index had significant difference (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Early intervention of rehabilitation can accelerate functional rehabilitation of affected extremity after operation of mammary cancer and rise quality of existence increase.
