摘　　要：论述了如何才能培养出符合社会需求的高级合格人才,是广大教育家应该认真探讨的科学问题。创建较为完善的高层次创新人才培养模式,是培养高素质高水平高能力的综合高级人才的有效途径。高层次创新人才培养“模式”,就广义的范畴可以包括三部分内容,即师资梯队、实验设备、科研基地。三者相互联系,缺一不可。How to cultivate qualified senior talents of the social demand is a scientific problem which educators should discuss seriously. To establish a relative perfect model of educating senior innovative talents is the effective way of educating comprehensive talents of high quality and high capability. In a broad sense the model includes teachers echelon, experiment facilities, scientific research base, which are interrelated and indispensable.
