摘　　要：在日常教学教务管理的工作中 ,往往每天都在做性质上重复但对象不同的事情 ,这些看似简单的工作却消耗了大量的工作量。日常教学教务管理系统软件是针对这一工作特性而设计开发的 ,主要包括学期课表管理、教师调课管理和学籍管理三大模块。The routine teaching and academic administration requires doing work which is repeated but for different subjects. The seemingly-simple work consumes a large deal of work and energy. The educational and academic administrative software is developed and designed and it encompasses 3 models such as administration of term timetables, administration of teachers' transferring classes and student status. It proves that the software accelerates the automation of teaching and academic affairs.
