摘　　要：用有限元分析方法,对三轴转台轴系的动态特性进行了理论计算和研究,建立了各轴系的有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS6.1对模型进行了分析计算,得出各框架的各阶频率及其振型,并对计算结果进行了模态分析。This paper using finite element analysis method, focuses on the calculation and study of dynamic behaviors of three-axis table system and establishes a related model. A software-ANSYS6.1 is used to analyze the model. The inherent frequencies and the vibration modals are obtained, of which the results are analyzed interiorly.
