摘　　要：民营企业是国民经济运行机制的重要一环。在民营企业的发展过程中,国际化管理是民营企业内 部各种管理关系的“神经中枢”,它还是制定现代民营企业制度的主要手段。Non-governmental business is known as an important link in the operating mechanism of the national economy. During the development, internationalized management in the non-governmental business is the 'nerve center' for various management relations. It is still the major means of founding modern non-governmental business management system.
