摘　　要：关于丢失枪支不报罪的罪过形式,理论界有多种观点,作者对各种观点进行了详细的比较和论证,并指出其优点与缺点,最后提出了自己的看法。There are several theories on the crime of losing firearms without report so far as the forms of fault of the crime are concerned. After detailed comparison and demonstration of all theories concerned, the author points out both the advantages and disadvantages of the crime, and finally puts forward his own point of view.
