摘 要:以3头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的绵羊为试验动物,用尼龙袋法测定了大豆粕、花生粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕和酒糟5种常用蛋白质饲料在绵羊瘤胃内蛋白质、氨基酸和干物质降解规律并计算了蛋白质、氨基酸和干物质的动态降解率。结果表明:花生粕蛋白质的动态降解率最高,为65 05%,其次为大豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕和酒糟,分别为58 14%、47 04%、42 51%和41 40%。花生粕TAA动态降解率最高,为69 53%,其次为豆粕、棉籽粕、酒糟和菜籽粕,分别为61 33%、48 66%、47 99%和38 84%。花生粕干物质的动态降解率最高,为69 82%,其次为大豆粕、菜籽粕、酒糟和棉籽粕,分别为66 24%、47 10%、41 28%和39 25%。Three sheep with rumen cannuals were used for the measurements of protein,amino acidsand dry matter digradabilities of soybean meal,peanut meal,cotton seed meal,rape seed meal and lees meal in the rumen with nylon bag technology.The result indicateed:the highest effective rumen degradability of protein in peanut meal were 65.05%,the others were 58.14%,47.04%,42.51% and 41.40%,respectively;the highest effective rumen degradability of TAA in peanut meal were 69.53%, the others were 61.33%,48.66%,47.99% and 38.84%, respectively, the highest effective rumen degradability of dry matter in peanut meal were 66.24%, the others were 66.24%,47.10%, 41.28% and 39.25%, respectively.
