摘　　要：要正确而充分地发挥信息技术的教学功效，就要有教学基础研究的支持，有与课程改革相整合的系统设计。从俄语学习的起始阶段入手，以现代化变革的新视点进行语音教学测量，正是为信息技术的对策设计提供科学依据，为俄语教学现代化模式的构建做好系统铺垫。Only with the support of the fundamental study and systematical design consisted with the course reform can the teaching effects of information technology be achieved correctly and thoroughly. Realizing that, we measure the Russian Phonetics Teaching from the beginning of Russian learning at a modern and revised angle, which aims at providing scientific basis for information technology's solution designing and making grounds for establishing the modern Russian teaching methods.
