摘　　要：讨论了干旱与可持续发展的关系 ,介绍了 2 0世纪 90年代以来全国受旱、成灾状况以及干旱气候资源。分析表明 ,在干旱严重发生地区 ,采用改善生态环境、优化农业结构、提高水资源利用率。The relation between drought and sustainable development is discussed and the situation of drought stricken areas and drought damage since the 1990s across China and climate resources associated with droughts are introduced. Analysis indicates that in the arid regions, relatively efficient and effective techniques of drought prevention and disaster reduction include improving ecological environment, optimizing agricultural structure and making good use of air moisture resources with great efforts.
